Coaching Services

No refunds will be provided after coaching services have been delivered. All coaching services require a 30 day notice of cancellation or change of billing. If there is an issue with a transaction, please contact email HBN to correct any errors.


E-books, Downloads, and other Digital Products

No returns will be provided for E-books or downloads once the product has been received. If there was a technology error in receiving those purchased products, HBN will make sure you receive the product in which you paid for. E-books or downloads will be sent at the time of purchase. please contact HBN if you do not receive your digital product.


Retail

A return or exchange request can be submitted to HBN if clothing has holes, wrong size or printing is missing upon receiving the retail product. You will be asked to submit pictures of the damage in the return / exchange request email. HBN will cover costs to return retail products. You can receive a partial refund, excluding shipping charges, if you do not receive the retail product you ordered.
