Blood Draw

Coach Liv can order serum lab testing for you and/or review blood results to provide a plan to improve your health.

You will take your lab order to your nearest lab draw center to get your blood drawn. Lab results take 3-7 days to receive. Then Liv will be able to review your lab work with you and provide a customized protocol based on your results.

This would include nutrition- food and supplemental recommendations, as well as lifestyle changes to improve your health.

Dutch Test

Coach Liv can order you a Dutch test for you and/or review results to provide a plan to improve your health.

A Dutch test is a comprehensive sex and adrenal hormone panel. This is an at home test kit that will be mailed to you directly.

Dutch stands for, Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones.
